I am renting out a sunny double room in a very spacious 3-bed house. You’ll be sharing it only with me, the landlord – a working female professional. The room is suitable for someone looking for a cosy, calm and convenient place to stay located within easy reach of central London and the City.
The room comes furnished, has a comfortable double bed (extendable), desk, bookcases, wardrobe. There is a spacious shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen with an access to the well-maintained garden.
There is a fast fibre broadband in the house and all bills are included.
Would also be happy to rent it out to someone Mon-Fri.

Amenities
There’s a Co-Op across the street, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and LIDL within easy reach of the property. 3 mins walk to the massive gym, swimming pool, library, GP and a park.
Bromley town centre with a shopping mall, bars and restaurants is 10 mins away by bus or 20 mins walking.

Transport
Short walking distance or bus (4-5 mins from the bus stop across the street) to the Grove Park Station. Regular trains are running to London Bridge (13 mins), Waterloo (19 mins), Cannon Street (24 mins), Charing Cross (26 mins) and Lewisham (9 mins).
There is a place for a bicycle and parking space in front of the house.

About me
I am a live-in landlord spending a lot of time at work. I am easy-going and sociable but respect the privacy, keep the property very clean and tidy

Terms
The length of stay could be discussed to satisfy both parties. I would ask for each week to be paid in advance and £300 worth of deposit. If you are planning to move elsewhere, I'd appreciate a few weeks notice where possible.
