Fantastic 1 month let

The room has a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, etc. I can add a desk if you need. You will have almost sole use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Please note you will largely have the flat to yourself, you are almost renting a private flat! I will only be there for a couple of nights.

I would also be open to negotiating the price based on the number of nights/weeks you want to stay.

The apartment block was built a few years ago, so everything feels fresh and is up to date. I have high speed internet. The flat has an open plan kitchen/living area. The shower has good water pressure and hot water.

There is a Tesco and a Waitrose about five minutes walk away. There are several takeaways in the area.

I am a mid thirties solicitor, however I spend the majority of my time either travelling for work or staying at my partner's house so you would have a lot of privacy.

There is a balcony just off the living area. You are welcome to cook, use the fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There is also a bike store. The flat is very quiet.

Bromley South is a great area with good transport links to London. The flat is a ten minute walk to the station. At the station the fast train to Victoria takes 16 minutes.

The Thameslink line also runs into Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon. It takes 40 minutes to reach City Thameslink - all overground. There are numerous buses from Bromley South Station to other areas in South London.

While the flat does not come with parking, the parking control zone ends 5 minutes away and its possible to leave your car outside the parking control zone on a quiet street, as I do. Alternatively you can park for free on a nearby street, but you would not be able to park there between 12pm to 2pm. This might work well if you just stay during weekdays and drive to work every day.

There is a large shopping centre, cinema etc. nearby as well as a Nuffield Health and Virgin Active. It is easy to drive down to Kent and the South Coast from here.

There is also a double bedroom. If you have a strong preference we can discuss you using that room instead of the single.
