Open and friendly house mates are looking for someone to share their home. A 15min walk from Bromley South station and Bromley town centre which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The house is in a quiet road with good neighbours and very close to a big Tesco which is open till late.

The room is at the back of the house on the 1st floor on looking the garden. It’s a good sized room with a built in wardrobe. All bills are included including wifi. There is a spare single bed, wardrobe and draws in the spare room if you need it. You will be sharing the main bathroom with only me which has a good sized bath and shower. There is an open plan kitchen with all amenities including your own fridge. There is also a living room downstairs which we rarely use which you are welcome to enjoy.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with animals as you’ll be living with a friendly dog and a cat. No heavy drinkers and non smokers preferred as there is no smoking in the house. Chiara is fantastic house mate, she is both considerate and easy to get along with. We both take turns to clean and generally keep the communal areas in good condition so we are looking for someone who is both respectful and tidy. We might also get a weekly cleaner once we find our new house mate and will be using an app to communicate shared expenses/cleaning etc. I’m also easy to get along with, a vegan guy who writes music and enjoys cooking.
