I have a lovely garden room to rent. I live with my son who is mostly away at Uni and my current lodger who has been living with us since May.

The previous occupiers who rented the room valued the privacy of being separate from the house.

You will have use of the family bathroom, kitchen/dining room, lounge and garden.

We are a friendly household but we also respect each other’s privacy. We have the right balance.

I have two dogs. They will greet you when you first come home and like us humans they will then respect your space.

We are approximately 10-15 minute walk to Hayes (Kent) Train station and approximate 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Bromley South.

The room will be ready from 1 October for a female occupant.
