- your room would be unfurnished
- Technically, currently there are three rooms that's vacant and you could potentially take two to make one as your living room/study room (price negotiable)
- It would be great if you could help me to feed my cat from time to time
- If you're into gardening, there are plenty of spaces for you to grow your own plant/flowers
- Gym rack and weights in garage. Minimalistic setup but good enough for bench-press and stuff
- Semi-newly bouldering gym nearby!
- Personality fit matters
- my girlfriend dog might visit from time to time, but it won't bark
- I'll also make sure the house in a good condition. It would be an equal effort to keep common area clean.
- zero social commitment. But obviously I'm down for a pint or two from time to time.
- there is only one main loo and another one on ground floor.
