Double room in Grove Park

Double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house. Most of the time you will have the whole house to yourself as my boyfriend and I live abroad and only come back very rarely (and we would let you know in advance).

The house is 3-4 minutes walk to Grove Park station. From the station it is a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge, approximately 20 minutes to Cannon Street/ Waterloo East and 25 minutes to Charing Cross.

We have two friendly cats and until we are able to move them to join us abroad (could be up to a year), we would like you to feed them - we'll provide the food and give medicine to one of them. When you need to go away, we'd like you to let us know so that so we can organise for someone to come and look after them.

Gas, electricity and unlimited fibre broadband bills are included in the rent. The house does not currently have a TV license so if you want to watch live TV then you'll need to arrange it yourself.

Your bedroom has a double bed, big wardrobe with drawers at the bottom, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath with power shower. The living room has two sofas and a TV. The garden is good size for barbecues in the summer and has garden table and chairs. There is a drive to park a car.

There is a Sainsbury's local, Tesco express and a gym within 5 minutes walk. There's a larger Coop within 10 minutes walk. There is a gym with a swimming pool and a library and doctors all within 10 minutes walk. Bromley town centre is 5 minutes away by train or 10-15 minutes by bus. Lewisham is 8 minutes away by train with Blackheath close by. Trains run back from central London to Grove Park until around 1am and night buses run from Trafalgar Square/Piccadilly Circus to Grove Park for the rest of the night.
