Looking for fun and friendly people for a large house share ,

The rooms for rent are double rooms which are decorated and furnished to a high standard with double wardrobes in each room.

The house is a very friendly place and would welcome any new tenants.

Large flat screen TV on wall and unlimited WI-FI.

There is a Large kitchen which is a great place to eat and drink and get to know each other over a glass or two of wine.

There is also a large south facing garden which is great for barbecues and entertaining.

The nearest stations are Beckenham, Beckenham Hill & Grove Park and the main bus route into Bromley or Catford is one minutes walk away.

The road the house is situated on is very quiet and peaceful with free parking, but if you want night life both Beckenham and Bromley town centre is only five minutes away.

There is a Large gym with running machine / rowing / cycling / and cross trainer machines , we also have a multi gym machine / kettle bells, bosu ball and general weights. All of this is available for use but must be kept clean and respected.

Couples are welcome but there would have to be an adjustment to the rent
