It is a lovely 3 bedroomed house situated in the heart of Bromley, Kent and is just 10 min walk to Bromley North overground station plus local shops and amenities, including INTU Bromley Shopping Centre (and Leisure Centre), various takeaways, Tesco superstore, Marks and Spencer, Esso Petrol station, as well as numerous local gyms, if required.

Bromley high street is local and has a large Shopping mall, including a parade of shops outside, local market stalls, Banks, various bars/restaurants, x2 Cinemas and a Bowling Alley. It is a 10 min walk walk to the nearest station which is Bromley North (South Eastern train line). This line goes to Grove Park which has direct links to London Bridge, London Cannon Street and Lewisham. From Lewisham, it is a 20 minute ride on the DLR to Canary Wharf.

Bromley South is also about 15-20 minutes away with direct links to Victoria and Blackfriars.
