I am letting a spacious double room in Bromley, all bills included for £580 per calendar month.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, internal wardrobe, chest of drawers and its own sink. The house comes with all the amenities including a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and high speed broadband. Location wise it has easy access to the city of London by train (roughly 25 minutes) and is a short walk to Bromley Town centre.

A bit about myself, I'm a creative type and quite laid back. I work full-time in communications and in my spare time I produce music and DJ in my studio on the ground floor and never too loud or too late. I also like to socialise and meet up with family and friends on the weekend, and chilling out to watch Netflix every so often.

I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, sociable and definitely a non-smoker (sorry if you are!). I allow one pet providing they are house-trained and clean. I'm a dog lover myself so would be happy to help out and give them walks if you have one.
