I lived in this house for three years and gradually developing it into the perfect cosy home... I had to move elsewhere and I’m looking for someone to take one of the bedrooms of the two bed house, with my current tenant. I would love someone easygoing and friendly to get on with my current lovely tenant, and I’m looking for someone clean and tidy and reliable and all of that too!
I employ a cleaner and a gardener as part of the rent to keep the house as nice as possible.
The area is typical zone 4; a quiet, residential area with a pub and a leisure centre within walking distance. Grove Park station is a ten minute stroll and then London Bridge is 18 minutes on the train.
