Lovely, very large double room in Bromley South

This very large double room is available.

It has recently been decorated and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There is Superfast Virgin fibre optic broadband.

The house has a stunning large lounge and big kitchen diner.

You will be sharing with me and two others. We are all clean, tidy, considerate working professionals. Everyone works full time. This room is only available if you do not work from home although one day a week is acceptable.

All bills/council tax/broadband included.

No deposit is required as I know how difficult it can be to raise a deposit.

We have a really good friendly set up. The house is big enough to have your own privacy when you want. We all get on well. Usually at any given time one of us is away, so the house is never crowded. We have a washing machine and separate dryer, also a nice smart TV! As I've mentioned the house is very big as are the rooms, so it's comfortable and not over crowded.

You will be sharing a lovely, modern bathroom with me as the other two rooms have en suites. In reality the bathroom will be almost exclusively yours as I use the bathroom downstairs where my room is.

I am very fair and reasonable, hence I don't ask for a deposit.

I just expect: (1) copy of ID; (2) if you're in the UK on a visa, a copy of the visa; (3) a reference from your last landlord/employer.

Bromley South rail station is a 5 minute walk.
