Bedroom is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and bedside cabinet.
Room size is 313cm by 415cm into bay with tripled glazed windows and new grey carpet.

The house has a modern bathroom, kitchen, communal living area and large sunny south facing garden with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. To the front of the house there is room for off road parking for 2/3 cars. Plenty of additional parking available on road and side streets.
Communal room has a sofa, dining table and tv.

The house has good links to bus routes into Bromley and Orpington, and trains into London from Petts Wood and Bickley.
The Princess Royal Hospital is 16 minutes away via bus for anyone who works there.

All bills included in cost including council tax, water, gas, electric, house insurance, broadband

I/we are looking for a clean and tidy professional to move in that are respectful of others and able to get on with other housemates.
