There is a bus stop outside the private pedestrian gate to Oakley Road which has regular buses (every 12 minutes) running into central Bromley, Bromley South Rail Station and surrounding towns. Bromley bus station is a 5 minute walk and PRU Hospital 10 minute walk or frequent buses. Orpington rail station is a 10 minute bus ride with regular trains to all central London stations.

As a live in landlady I have my own private en suite shower room which allows the lodger to have full private access to the main bathroom which is next to their bedroom.

Kitchen:
Full access to a modern fitted kitchen. Granite countertops, 1.5 sink, Gas hob, built in electric fan oven, microwave/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, small marble table and 2 chairs.
Smokers welcome but only in back and front gardens.

About me:
I’m happily divorced and have 3 grown up children who flew the nest many years ago. I’m young at heart, friendly, caring, bubbly personality and good sense of humour. I enjoy going to one of the 2 local pubs, 5 minute walk away and watching tv and relaxing.

I have a cat called Sammy who is adorable and very friendly.

What I expect:
I take good care of my lovely home and the ideal lodger (not house sharing/mate) will be courteous,, quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of their rooms and shared areas. and not working from home.

Rent £900 per calendar month including bills and reasonable use of broadband.

I can provide bedding, quilts, pillows etc and towels at no extra cost. You’ll have full use of all kitchen equipment, china, cutlery, saucepans etc. .
