We've just found out or 3rd housemate is unable to stay on at university for the upcoming academic year so we are looking for someone to take over her room
- DOUBLE ROOM
- BIG LIVING ROOM
- SEPARATE TOILET AND SHOWER
- PARKING
- GARDEN
As for us, we are 2 girls going into our third year at CCCU - both 20 and 21. We're pretty chilled to be honest, obviously we would welcome you to hang with us, but if you're someone that wants to keep to themselves thats cool too. We're reasonably social, so friends do come over often but we're also considerate having lived with a NIGHTMARE tenant before. Don't get uptight about anything really, just as long as the house is kept somewhat tidy throughout the tenancy, and rent is always paid we will have absolutely no problems.
Feel free to add me on Facebook as thats always a good means of communicating and getting a feel for what somebody is like - and if you think you might be interested in taking this room, don't hesitate to drop me a message
(also pictures can be sent privately or put up soon as we get the keys on friday so can take pics then)
