Kent University Woolf College en-suite room

THIS ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT OR FUTURE POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS OF KENT UNIVERSITY

This is a room situated in Woolf College, directly on campus. Roommates are all students of the university. I am moving out permanently and need someone to replace me.
Current flatmates that do not intend to move out speak English, French and Cantonese.

Kitchen and living room are shared. There is plenty of space to store your cooking equipment, and you have 2 cupboards and a drawer that are yours.

In order for the replacement to take effect, you would need to contact the university's Accommodation Office (I will give you contact details if necessary) so they can vet you. Once this is done, they will handle all the paperwork.

All bills are included, high speed internet available (both WiFi and cabled). A bike garage is available nearby, as well as laundry machines. There is a free parking next to the building, but due to its small size parking there is not a guarantee.

I am moving out with 2 other persons, so if a group of 2 or 3 persons want to move in at the same time, they would be guaranteed to be flatmates.
