Double bedroom, close to town, HOMEmate wanted!

Great location, ten minutes from town centre. Room on 2nd floor of house. We’ve been here for four years and are seeking a tenant to stay until the end of June 2021 when our tenancy expires, then we will review plans together, as a household, as to whether to stay after or not.

We are both working professionals and the house is a stable environment, treated with respect and love. We are looking for a housemate of similar mindset and values. We are laid back and would want you to feel at home. The room would be suited to someone with their own interests and likes their own space and time. Mon-fri let is an option and we don’t mind a hard working student (although rent will be payable throughout the tenancy). A working professional is preferable due to our ages but if the house sounds right for you then please do message.

Overall we have a peaceful and calm environment in the house. Although friendly we are not overly involved in each other lives so we are most definitely not party central. We ask that if visitors come to the property you are with them during their stay and not allow people to stay in your absence (due to previous experiences) Guests are obviously welcome whilst respecting everyone’s space in the house :)

Room has a couple of bits of furniture (chest of drawers, mismatched dressing table and chair) however these can be removed if necessary or removed to create your own space. Built in wardrobe is very useful in the room. You will need your own bed/mattress. Welcome to use our kitchen bits and space available to have room in the bathroom and food storage. Any questions please feel free to message and we can arrange viewings. Rent includes bills for room, council tax, water, tv licence, energy and internet. Strictly no smoking in the house.
