House: This property is a 6-bedroom, fully furnished house. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs. The washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the kitchen utensils are included in the rent. You just need to bring your suitcase to settle into your room. The house is in excellent condition. There are very friendly and nice housemates living in the house. There is a space to leave a bike in the back garden.

Location: The house is close to the city centre.

Canterbury West Train Station – 15 minutes away on foot where you can go to London by train.
Sainsbury’s Local – 11 minutes away on foot. It is open between 7 am – 11 pm, 7 days a week! There are also lots of other shops around.
Aldi – 15 minutes away on foot. It is open 7 days a week. There are also lots of other shops around.
UKC – 15 minutes by bus.

What is included in rent: all bills (electric, water, gas), council tax, internet, TV licence, cleaning the communal areas once a month and gardening as needed.

Security Deposit: It is a 5-week rent of the specified room. The security deposit is protected under DPS.

Holding Deposit: It is £100 for each room. This amount needs to be paid to secure a room. The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first month rent.

Rules: No pets are allowed. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. We cannot accept couples. Free street parking is available. We do reference check from professionals and require a guarantor from mature students.
