Hello! We are looking for someone to replace us as we need to relocate for career-related reasons.

It is a lovely, spacious, two-bedroom flat, with quiet neighbours in a quiet neighbourhood. It is less than a 15 minute walk from city centre, and less than a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal location for students and professionals alike. If desired, a parking pass will be provided free of charge, and bike storage is also available.

The flat comes fully furnished. The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, dresser, and set of drawers, and you will have your own bathroom with a detachable shower-head (not ensuite). The kitchen/dining room/living room are shared with a friendly postgraduate and working couple. The living room has plenty of room for work or study, and the kitchen has lots of refrigerator and cupboard storage.

There is wifi already at the property, it's just not included in the rent price. Individuals or couples are welcome, but unfortunately no smokers or pets.
