Double room in lovely shared house.

We are looking for a fourth person to share a lovely, three-storey town house, ten minutes walk from the centre of Canterbury. Very near the hospital.

The vacant (unfurnished) L-shaped, double room is on the first (middle) floor. You would share the bathroom (on the floor above) with just one other tenant. The room is also recently painted and had a brand new carpet in the summer. (Two of the attached photos were taken just after the carpet was laid - it no longer has the 'new carpet bobbles'!)

We are currently a household of three men, and we are looking for a professional person to share the bills. The atmosphere in the house is calm and relaxed.

The house has a shared ground-floor sitting room, and a shared kitchen / dining room on the first floor. You also have access to the garden (which admittedly needs a little TLC!).
There is one allocated parking space for the house. Use of this can be negotiated with the other tenants.
Non-smoking and no pets.

Please note: The room is UNFURNISHED (except for a double bed and mattress). The attached photos were taken by the current tenant as they have it. None of the furniture is included.
