We have a single room available in a great three bedroom duplex apartment near Canterbury West station.
The place is within walking distance from both UKC (20 minutes walk) and city center (8-10 minutes).
The room is fully furnished, equipped with a single bed with mattress, wardrobe, shelf and a table. The bathroom will be shared with another tenant. We have a large kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils. We also have a good size communal lounge area with two sofas and a TV screen to chill.
We would prefer a mature professional who is friendly and tidy.
No pets allowed.
