House is located in Wincheap, CT1. With easy access to Canterbury East, Club Chemistry, and only a 20 min walk to CCCU.
House come with two bathrooms, a drive way and garden included.
Rent is £340 pcm, with half rent over the summer months. With a bills package on top of this.
You would be able to move in from 1st September.
