Riverside is the perfect home from home for any Canterbury-based students. Residents at Riverside Canterbury will not only benefit from the property’s on-site social spaces, including a games room and lounge, but will also enjoy the exciting neighbouring attractions.

There is a selection of amenities, such as: a common area with a pool table, foosball table, and a ping pong table. There is also a study area, with a private study room, a gym filled with equipment, a cinema area, a common kitchen, laundry room, secure bike shed and a smoking area. The Novel team also holds multiple events for all residents to participate in.

The room available is fully furnished with a 3/4 size bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, floor space and an en-suite. There will be a relatively big kitchen shared with all appliances provided and fully functioning.

It's a 25 minute walk from University of Kent and University for the Creative Arts, with public transport easily accessible and bus stops around every corner.

If you take this room and decide you want to stay longer than the time provided, you will be able to speak with the Novel team, whose reception is easily accessible with a kind and helpful staff.

Only students can live here as they will require proof of education before the tenancy agreement is signed.
