2 sisters looking for a housemate (ages 20 and 23)
Preferably female and either a student or professional. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible or to join our 1 year contract from July 2024 to June 2025.

Our house is located in the heart of Canterbury City Centre. 30 second walk from the Westgate Towers and within walking distance to public transport hubs. Ideal for students from either University of Kent or Christ Church University.

BILLS and DEPOSITS
- DEPOSIT: £450 (required in full prior to moving in)
- RENT: £450 pcm (£475 pcm from July 2024 - or £1425 in line with SFE payments to be agreed with the Letting Agent)
- BILLS PACKAGE (includes internet, water, gas, TV licence, etc): £150 approx.
- COUNCIL TAX (Band C): £100 approx (does not apply to students)

ROOMS
- Shared living room, dining room and kitchen
- Shared bathroom (shower and toilet) and toilet
- Individual bedroom (furnished with a desk, bed, wardrobe, and stool - any furniture not required can be moved in agreement with the landlady)
- All kitchen equipment provided, so it is not necessary to bring your own (but you can if you wish to)
- Washing machine and tumble dryer also provided
- Garden with secure gate, backs onto Pound Lane car park

PARKING
There is residential parking, but a parking permit is required which can be applied for through Canterbury City Council.
