Hi, my name is Frank and I have a large double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat, that's suitable for a couple.

Furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets and has a large built in wardrobe and a lock on the bedroom door.

The flat is fully furnished down to cups, plates and cutlery (including dishwasher and tumbledryer) and provides fast and reliable fibre broadband.

No smoking indoors please, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Plenty of free parking is available in the residential carparks around the building, but please note, there are some mild day time restrictions on weekdays if you don't have a residents permit. Please ask if you want to know more about this.

All bills are included except for gas and electric, which will be billed separately for each room (this way you will not be responsible if flat mates don't pay their bill or experience energy supply issues). Council tax isn't a payable cost.

Please note, there is an additional £100 per month charge for a couple.
