Kingsize room in the heart of Canterbury

A kingsize room in a beautifully rennovated Victorian townhouse, nestled within the perimeter of the old city walls. The room is large and features a desk, walk-in wardrobe and Kingsize bed. The house has recently had a complete refurbish to the highest standards, with brand new fittings and fixtures throughout. The bathroom offers a large powershower (with a rainwater head and hairwash), communal lounge with wide-screen TV and real log burner, dining room, kitchen (with real sandstone floor) and utility room with additional toilet. In terms of utilities, we have high speed internet, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is also a bi-weekly professional clean. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy lodger to join the house. Ideally a young professional but all who fit the above criteria will be considered.
