I am looking for someone to replace me at this house, since I am no longer continuing university and would like a replacement to my room. The rent is £416.66 monthly and the bills is included but its with a different company that does a package and it is done with direct debit and is £121.96 monthly. The other two housemates are both nice and friendly girls. The house is both close to the town centre and to Christ Church University if you are a student there. One downside is that there is no parking available at this house since it's quite close to town. No pets allowed.
