Lodger wanted, double room with en-suite

Double bedroom with private bathroom on the top floor of a modern three-story townhouse in a prime position with immediate access to Canterbury West station, St Dunstan's and Canterbury City centre. There is a lovely view from the bedroom window with a direct view of Canterbury Cathedral.

As a lodger in a family home, you would be sharing the house with myself and my son who is at primary school during the week. The modern and comfortable bedroom offers ample storage space, large built-in wardrobes, a double bed and mattress and an area with a USB port that can be used as a desk. There is space for a TV in the bedroom.

There is a private bathroom next door with toilet, sink, heated towel rail, LED bathroom mirror, and a handheld plus rainfall shower. You will have use of the family kitchen downstairs but not the living room.

As kitchen storage space is very limited you will need to store food , cutlery and saucepans etc in the bedroom. I will provide a fridge for the room.

- 5-minute walk from Canterbury West station
- Short bus ride to University of Kent campus

Due to this being a family home guests or boyfriends/girlfriends are not allowed.

Would suit mature student or professional looking for a home-from-home who is comfortable around children.

Vegetarians preferred as we don’t eat pork or shellfish.
