Room to Rent in Creative, Garden-Focused Home

I have a room available in my three-bedroom house and I’m looking for someone friendly and like-minded to share the space with.

The house has two large gardens set up for growing your own food, as well as a large greenhouse (approx. 8ft x 12ft). It’s a great place for someone who enjoys plants, gardening, and being outdoors. There are also several seating areas outside where you can relax and enjoy the garden.

Inside, the house has a cosy living room with an open fire, a dining room, kitchen, desk/work area, and shared entertainment including a PlayStation. It’s a comfortable and creative home with plenty of space to enjoy.

I’m especially hoping to find someone who shares similar interests — things like gardening, arts and crafts, DIY projects, and generally enjoying a creative home environment.

The rent is set slightly lower than average because there are a few areas of wear and tear around the house. I’ll be gradually painting and improving parts of the property and doing bits in the garden, so the price reflects that.

Aside from that, it’s a very beautiful property with a lot of character and a lovely atmosphere.

Ideally I’m looking for a female housemate who would enjoy sharing the space and the garden lifestyle.
