Bills not included, have huddle deal that expires end of July, huddles fee for full house (5 people) is £70 per person per month. Before huddle deal cost £40 max per person. So cancellation of this is possible end of July.

No preference of gender or student/professional. it's a mix household on bother accounts.

There's two bathrooms, the bigger and much nicer bathroom is upstairs where this room with two rooms.

Note: the rooms aren't licensed for two people, only one person per room in this shared house.
My landlord and housing agency requires credit and referral checks.
