I’ve had to move away so my lovely 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent. It comes with one off street parking space.

There is currently one lovely girl living there, the other tenant is moving g away with work.

Apartment is light and airy apartment.

Bill to be shared by tenants.

Room has a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe.

The living room has a L shaped sofa and dining table which can seat 4 people.

The kitchen has all the usual white goods including a new washing machine (bought in October 2019), new oven (bought September 2020) and plenty of cupboards for your food and a new fridge and freezer (bought in 2018).

Bathroom is to be shared.

There is a Worcester Boiler which was installed in 2015.

Looking for either one person to rent alone, Sorry no couples.

I loved living there but sadly can’t commute to my new job so had to move away. Flat is short stroll to both train stations and town.
