We have a double furnished room to rent with access to its own sitting room (directly next to room) in a large 4 bed detached bungalow in Capel Le Ferne (Folkestone). The house has countryside views from the exclusive sitting room with bifolds onto garden, 40" tv and sofa, the house has two bathrooms, only one with access for potential rental person (they're own ensuite). Shared kitchen with bifold doors to rear garden with two fridge freezers, dining tables for 4, cooker, oven microwave ect utility room with washer and sep dryer, washing line in garden. House has street parking free and a large double garage which is used for storage. Local transport has access to a good bus network (102) goes to and from Dover to Lydd via Folketone so has good links to both stations which service HS1 to London and buses run every 15 mins. We have two small very friendly clean dogs and 5 clean cats all friendly and flead regularly. The house is unique Spanish style Villa on the edge of the countryside and minutes walk to the top of the cliffs of Dover and 30 minutes walk down to the Warren Beach. 2 local pubs and 1 local shop all walking distance. , the sitting room is a reasonable size with a corner sofa and TV so you have an area to chill after work aside from your own double room. Double room has two single beds which can make one large Queen size and theres a built in cupboard directly outside the rooms for clothes. The rooms are £600 pcm all in with a months deposit and we are looking 6 months minimum let as a lodger on a licence agreement. we are looking to hold interviews with prospective lodgers over the coming weeks. Were looking for professional people, clean tidy and private.
