Room with Private Bathroom – Female Flat

I have 1 double room with a private bathroom available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat at X1 Chatham Waters, available from 7th June 2026.

The room comes with its own separate bathroom (not ensuite, but just for your use). The flat also has a balcony with a nice view, a gym in the building, and it’s a 2-minute walk to Asda and around 3 minutes to Lidl.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful female flatmate who values a calm and private home environment. I’m quite a private person myself, so the flat is generally quiet and not a social or party house.

Ideally, you’d be working full-time outside the home, have your own routine, and not be home all the time. It would suit someone who is naturally tidy and keeps shared spaces clean without needing reminders!

Women preferred, no pets, and no couples.

I’m ideally looking for someone long-term (around 12 months), as I’m going into my final year of uni and would really like a stable living situation.

The room is £675 per month, with bills not included (water, electric and WiFi split between us).
