Hello, thanks for your interest in our room. We have a lovely house that's calm and relaxing, with all the amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Please have a read and get back to me if you have any questions.

Room: (£575) inclusive of bills and council tax: room size 12.7 x 5.8 feet. Garden-facing bedroom. It comes furnished. It has a large wardrobe with ample space, it comes with a small double bed. It is at the back side of the house which makes it a very quiet getaway from the noises of the outside world. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. The property is near castle road ME4.

PROXIMITY:
Nearby Chatham train station – around 20 minutes walk or 6 minutes via bus or drive
Chatham Highstreet has stores like Primark, Costa, Holland & Barret and more -it is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive
The Pentagon Shopping Centre - is a 15-minute’ walk or 5-minute drive
Medway Maritime Hospital – 15-minute walk

A signed lodger agreement. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. (£575). with a month's notice break clause.

PLEASE NOTE: You should have the deposit and the first month's rent saved up to £1,150.

I'm hoping to find:

- Individual who can keep a clean house
- Responsible person who pays rent on time
- Peaceful, mellow person to share the house
- Preferably someone who does not always work from home and has an active life.

What I'm NOT looking for:
-party animals! We like to have the house quiet from 9 pm to 7 am. This ensures we all get a good rest and respect others in our space.
- No overnight guest
