Furniture: New bed, chest drawers, wardrobe, and mattress provided (can bring own furniture). Also you have shared kitchen equipment such as utensils, glasses, cups, plates etc. for use, so no need to bring anything.

Communal area kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway and stairs will be cleaned every month.

Payments: Rent paid monthly in advance. Two months' rent upfront (one month deposit refundable upon leaving).

Stay Requirements: Minimum 4-month stay, 1-month notice required before leaving.

Tenant Requirements: Must be a tidy, respectful, full-time working professional or full time students. No pets, no smoking indoors.

Documents Needed: Proof of past 3 months' employment (payslips & bank statements) and proof of residency (passport or ID).
