The house is currently shared by two teachers and has a calm, tidy, and family-ish atmosphere. Evenings are generally quiet, and the home is kept very clean and well looked after.

Parking spaces are available. A bus stop is around a 5-minute walk away, with the train station reachable by bus. Morrisons supermarket is nearby, along with green spaces that give the area a peaceful feel.
