We’re a professional couple who work Monday to Friday and keep a fairly calm, structured routine during the week. We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who values a quiet and respectful home environment.
We’re not a party house, so we’d prefer no parties or late-night social gatherings. Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but overnight stays should be agreed in advance — this is something we’d apply both ways.
We take pride in keeping the house clean and organised, and we’d like someone who feels the same. We also have a no-shoes policy indoors and encourage the use of slippers downstairs.
Overall, we’re looking for someone considerate, tidy, and easy to live with.
