It is on the same line as a Mccolls and Chinese Take-Away and only a 15 minute walk to town and the station. Several possible routes to get there and back.

The house is decorated with different colours, creative, and very homely but also quite quirky.

£400 is including rent and all bills even council tax, water, gas & hive heating, electric, internet and sky on demand etc

I expect to have a clean and tidy housemate who is respectful of others.

Although I am the live in landlord I’m very bubbly and reasonable. Prefer non smokers and people that don’t cook fish. Females preferred please.

The rooms are furnished with only one that hasn’t got a bed yet but happy to buy one for the room once someone moves in.

There will be an lodger agreement to sign if you decide to move in.
