Big double, own bathroom in lovely cottage

Hi, I’m looking for a neat and tidy housemate to share my lovely cottage in the country with myself and my 2 dogs.
The house has been recently renovated and the room is spacious and comes with its own bathroom with bath and shower. There are wood burners in the living and dining rooms, and kitchen has french doors out onto a deck area.
I work in London and tend to work long hours, so value my sleep when I can get it, so really looking for someone considerate.
You’ll also need to love dogs - my two are pretty great, well behaved and affectionate - and will love having an extra person in the house to fuss over!
The house is situated in a great part of Kent, looking out over farmland, with great pubs in walking distance and the nearest Waitrose only 7 minute drive away. Cowden station is a 2minute drive /25minute walk and you can be in London Bridge in 50mins, or Gatwick in 30.
