I have a lovely little cottage in a village called Chislehurst, which is South East London. The cottage is modern, with underfloor heating and I even have a sauna!
I have a double room available, however, I am only looking for a part-time lodger, up to 4 nights a week maximum. The rental fee can be discussed based on how many nights the room is needed.
I do not have current photos yet as I have not finished decorating. I have taken photos off Rightmove when the property was for sale, so you can get an idea of the layout. The decoration will be updated.
My house is very cozy and warm, and I keep it very clean.
I have a lovely friendly dog called Beasley who likes everyone. The area is very safe and friendly, and it is an easy walk to Chislehurst train station, which takes you into London Bridge in about 20 mins.
You can also walk to Chislehurst High Street which has lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The surrounding area has lots of woodlands if you enjoy exploring.
I would be a live-in landlord. I am a professional female and currently studying while working full time. I am very friendly and easy to get on with, and I love to cook and share a glass of wine or two!
