Lovely room in a vegan flatshare by Elmstead Woods

Flatmate wanted for vegan house share in BR75EW!

I am looking for a third flatmate for my home in Elmstead Woods. The room is spacious, with a double bed and desk, and a pull out sofa in case you want guests over or chill space.
The house is colourful, small, but very comfortable. There is a small dining room which can seat 8 which we use for dinners/ hanging out/ arts and crafts etc. There is a big garden which I use over the summer for vegan wellbeing days and yoga, with a small wildlife pond which I am constantly working on. The furniture is all second hand (like everything in the house) and we are always battling second-hand hot tub problems.

The house is 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful woods, a large playing field and 15 minutes walk (or 3 minutes bus) from Elmstead Woods station. Chislehurst ponds are 20 minutes walk away and are really peaceful too. Overground trains are 25 minutes regularly into Central (London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Cannon Street.) There is are big supermarkets within walking distance and lots of corner shops a few minutes away.

I am a vegan activist and have a little charity called Buckets of Love (get involved!) Ness is a firelady, and when she’s not saving little old ladies she’s mountain biking or snowboarding and the like. We eat dinner and go to the gym together when we can but also do our own thing and sometimes don’t see each other for weeks. (Hey Ness you alive???) We both work shifts (I keep trying to quit my A&E job) so our schedules are erratic but we catch a glass of wine or cup of tea in between. We both try and be as sustainable as possible with charity shops/ supporting local businesses/vegan activism but are always working on this 😃

The house would be suited for somebody social, respectful, who doesn't take life too seriously, who is conscious of the environment, who either works from home or doesn’t, either is absolutely fine- just somebody who wants to make our little house a home, and doesn’t mind being bothered by my 21 year old rescue cat Pinks.

My current flatmate is still waiting to confirm a move out date so I'm just checking for interest. I imagine the room will be available in 6-8 weeks, and I can organise viewings from the start of May. £750 pcm includes council tax and bills 💚
