Double bedroom within family home

Would class as bigger than an average single but perhaps a little smaller than a large double bedroom (?) within easy walking distance of Chislehurst station. Separate bathroom but right next to bedroom. This is our family home but as we have a couple of spare rooms we thought this would work out nicely. You have another empty bedroom right next to you so the room is pretty quiet. We would like someone who is considerate, tidy and clean but who can also muck in with the family, its not a particularly quiet house, lots of hustle & bustle but my children are polite and respectful at 17, 14 & 10
