Top Floor of Family Home (3 Rooms and Bathroom)

Hello. My older children have moved away and I rent out three bedrooms and a bathroom; the entire top floor of our house in Upstreet. Bills included.

THE ROOMS:
The rooms can be rented as an entire floor for £950 all inclusive, or £400 for each individual room. Prices potentially negotiable for the right person.

The rooms are partially furnished and there is a large private bathroom for the floor: double sized shower etc.

They are all sizeable rooms, with room for double-bed, three-door wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Various furniture items available according to you need.

If you wish to rent the full floor, you are welcome to use one of the rooms as a living room and furnish for partial kitchen use too (fridge, microwave). Otherwise cupboard and fridge space is available in the household kitchen on the ground floor. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.

THE CONTRACT LENGTH:
Available now - happy for term-time students (discount available for uni holidays too), long-term tenants, professionals, couples, families - anyone to suit! Due to my son's allergies, dogs are not allowed, but happy to discuss other pets.

TRANSPORT/AMENITIES:
We are on the direct road from Margate to Canterbury A28.
>Driving: There is off-street parking available and we are:
- 5 minutes to Sturry
- 10 minutes to Herne Bay
- 15 minutes to Canterbury
- 20 minutes to Margate
>Public Transport:
- Bus route numbers 8 and 9 which are 25 minutes to Margate or Canterbury.
- 10 minute bus journey to Sturry train station for trains or transfer to number 6 bus to Herne Bay.
- A Stagecoach GoldRider bus pass is £21/week for unlimited bus transport (Buses every 15 minutes or so from 06.20 - 23.00).

THE CURRENT HOUSEHOLD:
You would be living with me and my two children (secondary school age) with occasional visits from my other children. We are a close family and would be happy to have either self-contained tenants or the occasional socialising. I am a smoker and I enjoy watching TV, reading, pub quizzes and board games. I cook family meals each night, which I would be happy to plate up for you for an extra amount per week.

We have a large garden and are walking distance from Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve, there is a local post office and a few nice pubs around too.
