We are two sisters living together and we have a lovely room available at our lovely home it’s very spacious 4 bedroom house (Cliftonville) with a lovely cosy living room nice garden seprate side patio area that the new tentant can make there own with a little bistro set or garden furniture, there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets 3 of each and The room is a huge double and is fully furnished with large mirrored wardrobe a small double bed and draws and a desk we also have a large kitchen with access to another room if you are interested please ask and you can have the other bedroom downstairs as your own little private living room or another bedroom or maybe you would like an office/gym of your own? (not in use) but this would cost extra which we can discuss, I could give you a sofa for in there this also apply to a single person wanting to use this room the price would be more too for a single applicant.
Looking for friendly, clean and respectful housemate for an open, creatively minded house share - we all clean up the communal areas straight always so everything is always functional for everyone, we are 2 sisters currently live together we have done house shares before and really like it we don’t get under eachothers feet and only really see eachother in the kitchen for a quick hello and all get on with our own days we would like someone who is the same and very self sufficient we’d just like to share our home with someone easy going and tidy and doesn’t expect to spend a lot of time together as we are all busy people but always polite and would expect the same from our new room mate.
The person must be okay with small elderly dogs a pug and a frenchie- they are the best and it’s non negotiable if you are not a dog person please do not apply, Thankyou, we look forward to meeting you 💖
