This is a large property and the top floor has a very spacious double room available (14 feet by 12 feet). This would suit an independent person who is fine with quite a few stairs up to the quiet top of the house area, with its own kitchenette (brand new floor just in) and huge bathroom with attractive modern suite. There is another large double bedroom on the top floor which will also be let out when I have finished some fresh decorating, so the bathroom will be shared with one other person. (There are also several other bathrooms in the house).
