Looking for 2 housemates

Hello there lovely souls,
I am looking for two housemates to share a nice and spacious house with and split the rent with.

From the 1st of April, there will be one big bedroom free to rent for one person, and loft area thats divided into two small rooms for another person interested.
The big bedroom will be rented for £600 monthly including all the bills, except the council tax.
Council tax is about £170 here and will be split between all 3 tenants.

The loft area will be rented for £500 monthly including all the bills, except council tax. Any pieces of furniture or stuff laying around the loft area that won’t be needed for the next tenant will be collected by the landlords in April, besides the bed, wardrobe or the chest piece, but it will look cleaner and more spacious :).

I’m looking for housemates that are respectful and considerate about eachother’s space and nighttime volume.
Clean housemates that just get the cleaning done and stick to the cleaning schedule, preferably a female, but any gender over the age of 20 years old is welcome. Has to have the right to live and work in the UK and passes a credit score check.

Regarding interests and hobbies if you are a creative of any kind, or person that genuinely cares about their over all well-being and cultivates any sports or yoga, if you are someone that respects or even cultivates any spiritual practices your self, if you enjoy baking or cooking, or maybe your just a student or you travel then we are aligned. 🌞🩵🧡
