Our Lovely Georgian House is just 500 yds from the sea, in fact, you can smell the crisp sea ozone when you sit in our beautiful garden,
We have three newly decorated themed rooms to rent to either professional or Students females
All have either their own or access to hot showers toilets etc.
You can have the use of our kitchen, and access to tv rooms.
The house is fully intruder alarmed as well as security lighting and new wireless smoke alarm.
There is room for your bike or scooter down the side.
We own the house, and we are a professional couple who run their own business from our office in the garden.
We are within easy reach of Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, and Canterbury, and many gorgeous beaches.
We are looking for professional or Student
female (s) to share and enjoy, all that we enjoy in a friendly and secure family home.
We also have a gorgeous lady Yorkshire terrier whom you'll adore.
