Flat share in Crayford/Dartford

The flat is a bottom floor flat. The room itself is a double room at the back of the flat.

There is a large Living room, decent size kitchen and bathroom. (Shared and cleaned by tenants).
The flat is a Victorian house converted into 2 flats.

The bedroom for rent is a big double room, which has a broadband port in it (if you wish to have your own). The floor had been washed and cleaned before I moved in and it has been covered by another carpet since.

The flat is located only a 5 minutes from Crayford and Dartford. There are connections to the A2 and Bexleyheath.

I’m quite laid-back person, I work Monday-Friday so I’m out most of the week. I try to keep the flat as clean as possible (current housemate is a slob). Not a lot is expected of the potential flat mate(s) besides paying bills on time and cleaning up after themselves.

Old flat mate is taking all furniture with him, so the room will be completely empty. Due to him still being here, there is some furniture still in the room.
