Lovely double room in cosy house!

I have a good sized fully furnished double room available in a 3 bedroom house sharing with just one person. I am a live in landlady, young single professional who works in London. I spend some time at home on the weekends but during the week I’m mainly at work.

I’m looking for another professional female to share with, someone who’s tidy, clean, respectful and easy going!

The room is fully furnished with a king sized double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Duvet and pillows not provided.

I recently bought the house and it’s been nicely done up and recently decorated. It’s located in a cul de sac with designated parking available. It also has a nice back garden and it’s secured.

Kitchen/diner is fully equipped so no need to bring anything. Dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer all available as standard. Dining area is in the kitchen.

Living room has a tv with sky and is fully furnished. I also have WiFi.

Bathroom will be shared and is newly done and modernized. Shower & bath available.

There’s also a downstairs toilet and storage space available in the loft for small items.
