Available Double (Kingsize) room in Dartford. House has all mod cons including fibre broadband and Ethernet connections in all rooms along with mesh WiFi network. Internet and TV licence included.

The room is suitable for a single person, I’m not looking for a couple to move in, however guests welcome to stay subject to discussion and agreement, there is another spare room in the property which I do not plan to rent out.

Good transport links to London, Essex and Kent with the train station approx 20 min walk away or fast track bus.

Outside plug available which supports electric car charging (currently trickle charge but open to installing an ev point)

Plenty of parking available. Large living room with open plan kitchen diner.

There is a downstairs toilet.

There are two good size bathrooms- one with jacuzzi bath and shower, the other with a steam shower

Living room includes projector and surround sound

Kitchen includes washer dryer, range cooker, dishwasher, water softener, coffee machine, American fridge freezer.

There is also underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the kitchen - no cold feet on tiles!

In the garden there is a lazy spa, bbq and patio heater so perfect for chilled evenings.

Hayley is a Headteacher and works long hours in term time, but enjoys socialising.

Frank is a train driver so works shifts and has a busy social life.

During the week the house is empty most of of the day- also several weekends.

There’s a home office which is available for use during the day.

There are two cats in the property- Tiggy- he is clean and out most of the day- part Bengal part British blue.

We also have Lynx who is a snow Bengal- currently too little to go out but he will be joining his big brother soon.
