The room has its own bathroom. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, it is my home so is fully equipped, the lounge opens onto a balcony.

It is located in a development located in a quiet community. It is served by a regular Fastrack bus which goes to Bluewater shopping centre and Dartford town centre (and Dartford train station). Dartford station to London Bridge is about 30 minutes. 13 mins from Abbey wood.

The community offers a quiet, safe and clean retreat away from the busy and noisy London traffic. We have a local shop, pub and pharmacy within 10mins walk. The flat is near a lake, the Thames and vast green land.

I am chilled out and sociable and want a housemate who is friendly, reliable and will keep the flat clean and tidy.

Although I am advertising for Monday - Friday's only, I am open to 7 days if required but the rent will then reflect this.
